Ice-cream specialists

From the academic year 2015/16 onwards ice-cream specialists are taught together with the students of the hotel and catering industry of the first year of training.

This is followed by a second year of education  in a "Landesfachklasse" at the  Justus-von-Liebig-Schule in Mannheim.

Production, ingredients, and sale - hygienic requirements are the crucial points of training.
